Kimtracy Villarin founded First Class ABA Prep Academy with a powerful vision: to empower the next generation of behavior analysts. With extensive experience in clinical practice and fieldwork supervision, she has mentored young professionals from their first day in the field to becoming standout leaders. Kimtracy’s dedication to mentorship has successfully guided countless professionals through the certification process. Her clinical expertise, combined with a rich academic background in behavior analysis, education, and technology, fuels her commitment to designing engaging, effective learning experiences for all students.
Kimtracy is currently a PhD student in Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School, with a strong academic foundation that includes an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction (2022) and an M.Ed. in Learning and Technology (2017), both from Western
Governors University. She also completed ABA Verified Coursework at Florida Institute of Technology (2014) and holds a B.S. in Family & Child Studies from Northern Illinois University (2012).

Meet Avani, a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in the autism and special needs community. From her early days as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to her current role as a clinical supervisor, Avani has developed a deep understanding of behavior analysis principles. Passionate about mentoring the next generation of ABA professionals, she offers tailored services to help graduate students excel in their coursework and clinical applications. Avani combines her expertise, practical experience, and effective study materials to foster a comprehensive understanding of ABA concepts. Her goal is to empower individuals to not only succeed academically but also to develop the skills necessary to make a significant impact in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Whether you're grappling with complex behavioral concepts or preparing for board certification exams, Avani is dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.

Preparing for the BCBA exam can be an overwhelming experience—I know because I’ve been there myself. I (Kimtracy) remember spending long hours studying, determined to pass but unsure if I was fully prepared. Like many others, I went into the exam feeling the weight of its importance on my career, and I walked out questioning whether I had done enough. It took time to realize that success wasn’t just about knowing the material but being able to apply it fluently and confidently in real-world situations.

That journey inspired me to create First Class ABA Prep Academy. I wanted to offer a program that goes beyond memorization and helps students truly understand and apply key concepts. With services like individualized fieldwork supervision, targeted tutoring, and expert consultation, we’re here to ensure that future behavior analysts not only pass their exams but excel in their professional roles.
